Alberto Driussi was born in Udine in 2001 and started fishing at the age of 7. In 2012, under the guidance of his friend and teacher Andrea Gasparini, he took courses in casting and construction and thus began to frequent the world of fly fishing. He is currently a physics student at the University of Trieste and devotes much of his free time to fly fishing and spinning.
"I was fortunate to meet and frequent Francesco Palù, who profoundly influenced my training and construction style," he says, "although I am always open to new things, especially nymph fishing, which has become my favorite technique in the waters of Friuli in recent years.
